Refund Policy

Loose / KG Products: No returns or exchanges are accepted.

Boxed / Packaged Products: Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the received product. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
